Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Throwing knife

When it hits a mob it gets stuck until the mob dies and then you can take it again and any entity the knife lands on when it dies also takes damage and it gets stuck in them. I only want this so I can kill the ender dragon and instantly die from the knives. And it could have a wooden, stone, copper, gold, iron, diamond, and netherite level like the other tools.
