The End has always felt ancient and disconnected from the Overworld, yet Endermen constantly carry blocks between dimensions. Dirt, sand, podzol, pumpkin, and other materials mysteriously disappear over time but where do they go? The Ender Wastes would answer that question.
This new End biome would generate as chaotic landfill-like islands formed from blocks unintentionally collected and discarded by Endermen over thousands of years. Instead of clean End Stone terrain, players would find scattered patches of dirt, gravel, clay, logs, moss, sand, and small fragments of ores and ruined overworld structures partially buried throughout the landscape. The biome should feel eerie, quiet, and unnatural as if the End itself does not understand the foreign materials accumulating inside it.
Possible features:
-Small amounts of random Overworld blocks in the End
-Strange overworld vegetation patches surviving far from their native biomes
-Buried remnants of builds
-Rare blocks and ores
-Collapsed or unstable terrain near the void
The Ender Wastes would give meaning to a mechanic players have seen for over a decade: Endermen carrying blocks. It expands the lore and atmosphere of the End without removing its emptiness or alien feel, making the dimension fun to explore for materials while staying true to it's mysterious style.
