Cloud valley biome

A floating overworld biome with dense mist and unstable mist blocks (CLOUDS!) and some mobs:

Unicorns that have jump boost, speed, or slow falling auras and act like horses

Skydoves that can deliver items to their assigned storage

Stormlings: foxlike storm creatures that become charged and go hostile during storms but revert back. They look and act like fennec foxes. They have electric attacks when charged.

    It's me, the same person who made this post. There should be a stormling whisker item that stormlings shed one of every 2-3 days. It can't be obtained by killing stormlings. You can use it to make the potion of electrification which provides the Electrified status effect. A small lightning bolt appears near the drinker, damaging any mobs nearby. Charged Stormlings drop charged whiskers which can be used to make Whips like this:
       [...] [whisker] [...]
       [...] [whisker] [...]
    [...] [iron nugget] [...]

    Normal stormling whiskers can't make whips. Only the charged ones can.
