Bedrock Account Sign-In Loop on Switch 2 ("Creaking" / "Drowned")

I am playing on the new Switch 2 hardware and the Microsoft account sign-in is completely broken. When trying to link my account via the QR code or remoteconnect, my phone successfully says "Logged in" but the Switch 2 just sits there and does nothing until it times out. I am constantly getting hit with the "Creaking" and "Drowned" errors. Why is a brand new, next-gen console still running on unoptimized code that can't handle a simple security handshake? This needs an actual patch so people can actually play with their friends without needing a computer to brute-force the sign-in.

    I've been dealing with this since yesterday and still can't log in, in my Minecraft account.

    Same creaked error on switch oled. Cant connect to Microsoft account nor delete credentials, tried to delete gamesave cache and reinstalling the game, even deleted the cache and cookies from accounts on my user on the console, still no solution.
