Description:
I propose a new green-themed Nether biome: The Toxic Wastes. It features a new liquid called Acid, unique wood, and a dangerous new mob variant.
Key Features of Acid:
Corrosive Nature: Acid slowly dissolves most blocks (except Glass and Toxic Netherrack). The speed is similar to a player mining by hand.
Selective Dissolving: It destroys common blocks faster than Ores, acting as a "natural X-ray" to reveal hidden resources.
Fluid Physics: It flows like water and can be used to carve out massive pits or tunnels over many in-game days.
Containment: Iron buckets dissolve; it can only be carried in Glass Bottles.
New Mob: The Acidic Zombified Piglin
Appearance: A variant of the Zombified Piglin with glowing green patches.
Behavior: There is a 5% chance for a Zombified Piglin in this biome to spawn as an Acid Thrower.
Attack: Similar to some mobs in Minecraft Dungeons, it throws Bottles of Acid at the player.
Environmental Impact: When the bottle hits the ground, it shatters and creates a lingering puddle of Acid that starts dissolving the blocks beneath it, making exploration and combat much more tactical and unpredictable.
Why this fits Minecraft?
It adds a new layer of automation and dynamic world-interaction. The new mob makes the Nether feel more alive and challenging, forcing players to watch where they step during a fight.
