Details:
-To embed an item in a pot, right click the face you want to modify while sneaking. The reason you have to sneak is because right clicking a pot without sneaking currently places the item in the pot itself, and this ensures that the two features won't interfere with each other.
-Alternatively, you may place the decorated pot in the center of a crafting table and place the embeddable item on the tile corresponding to the sherd when crafting the pot itself. This lets you make them in bulk if you want to place the same design many times.
-Embedded minerals modify the color of the pot's emblem and trims, but the clay background portion of the texture is untouched.
-Different faces on the same pot can have different embedded minerals.
-Only faces with pottery sherds may have embedded minerals; bricks are incompatible.
-To reclaim embedded minerals, break the pot with a tool without silk touch, just as you'd do to recover the sherds themselves.
Why I think this would add value to the game:
-I believe this severely enhances decorated pots' potential for builds. Imagine a mourner pot with lapis to make the warden stand out, or a prize pot with a shiny blue emblem. Right now, not many people use decorated pots outside of clay and mud builds, which is a real shame. This may be just what they need to become more mainstream.
