Your screen when on fire

The screen when you are on fire is a little annoying. I understand that it is supposed to be something that gets your attention and makes you try to avoid, but when you are playing with your friends, whoever gets the first shot with a fire aspect sword usually wins the battle due to lack of vision. So what is it only went up to around the top of your hotbar, or somewhere around there.

This is a great game, and if you cant get around to this, I fully understand. But I hope it does get some consideration. 

PS: I'm not sure what topic this would fit in, so I but it in gameplay, because it would kind of effect that.

    Yeah to solve it, I have been using texture packs to this day. Would be great if they lower the amount of fire blocking the screen or at least make it more transparent.

    The fire screen has gotten really big! Covering half of my screen! When playing competitive games, U can’t fight due to my lack of vision when set on fire

    Cant belive this still isnt fixed, not only does it cover half my screen making it hard to see, it hurts my eyes to the point where I need to pause and look away. I understand the fire is suppost to be distracting but accessibility is more important. Just add a toggle or slider that makes fire semi-transparent or invisible.
