Update things without announcement

I'll never know how to use Obsidian to build a portal until having checked wiki or watched videos.

So adding things in a new version without telling us and let players explore them by their own will be a great fun! In this way players are more motivated to explore new versions, find new creatrues, structures or stuff like that, and discover their usages or features, even recipes.

After that, minecraft annouce these updates, which may bring more surprise!
