Bedrock Nether Roof

In this year's Minecraft Live getting on the nether roof is mentioned as though it's an intended feature. Now I am aware it is not, but if you're going to advertise it as a feature, I think it's more than due for it to finally become one. And so, as many others have done on here, I am requesting we add building on the nether roof to bedrock.
