For many years, building on top of the Nether Roof has been a staple in Minecraft Java. It is INCREDIBLY useful when creating farms or honing your building skills. However, players on Bedrock Edition are missing out on this feature. How have you let this go on for so long? Why have you left Bedrock Edition out of this feature while Java players get to bask in its glory?
Now, I hear your side of the argument. "It's not even supposed to be accessible!" Then... Why hasn't it been fixed. If letting players get a complete blank canvas in survival mode is such a problem, surely you would have fixed the bug already? But no. Because it isn't a bug, it's a feature now. But your favouritism for Java has caused Bedrock to rot.
Now, my suggestion is, why not make the Nether Roof a real feature? You could have multiple biomes, all themed around ice. This hints to the (now proven) theory of the Nether formerly being cold before the Piglins mined it into oblivion. The Nether Roof isn't accessible to the Piglins, so they wouldn't have destroyed it. However, this removes the aspect of the Nether Roof being completely blank. So that's why multiple biomes are necessary.
First, the main biome (only above Nether Wastes) would be the Nether Snowfields. This would be a simple hilly area capped with Nether Snow (which has different properties to Overworld Snow). I'm kinda running out of space now, so the rest of my ideas will be in the comments. Thanks!
