Add VSync Option for Bedrock Console (PlayStation)

Hello, I would like to suggest adding a VSync option (on/off) for Bedrock Edition on console, especially PlayStation. Currently, players on PC using Java Edition can control VSync easily in the settings, but players on Bedrock console versions do not have this option available. Because of this, some players have to use complicated workarounds like joining from mobile devices and transferring worlds, which is inconvenient and not widely known. There is also a large community of more than 50,000 players who play on crossplay servers that support both Java and Bedrock players, and many of them would greatly benefit from having the ability to enable or disable VSync directly in the game settings on consoles. Adding this option would improve performance control and make the experience much easier for console players. Thank you for your time and for continuing to improve Minecraft.
