connecting to custom servers support

as of 1.18.10 the nintendo switch community has had one of the best thing about minecraft taken away with no news as if it will return you were once able to change you internet dns to 104.238.130 and be able to connect to any minecraft bedrock server now the playerbase of the nintendo switch minecrafters are not able to play on any server except the one feature this is sad news for us and i think their was a mistake with the 1.18.10 update we love minecraft on the nintendo switch but now we do not get to play on the same servers as are xbox friends can we over on the nintendo switch get an add-on to allow us to play minecraft with are friends on servers
