shulkers spawner

if you search for endcities and kill shulkers they wont respawn. maybe there is a way to make them reproduce or respawn. i have 2 ideas:

1. make them breed when chorus flower is fed to them.
hoglins are non-passive mobs that can be bred, so that should also work with shulkers. 2 shulkers within 10 blocks will breed when fed.
2. make a shulker spawner that activates every 5 minutes and spawns 3 shulkers, or when the spawner renders, it spawns 3 shulkers.

  You do know that if a shucker bullet hits another shulker (in Java) the shulker will split in two?
