Instantly cut trees like cactus

Do you know how cactus instantly falls if you clear the base block? They should do the same thing with trees. I would pay another $5 for an add-on option in settings that could be purchased in the maeketplace which would make it so that trees fall instantly if you clear the stump or any blocks that it's standing on.

    This has been discussed before.  I'd rather see an enchantment for the ax that cuts the tree down like a tall bamboo stalk, collecting all of the loot that falls, and the loot would be as if you had mined each block by hand.

    I agree, even if the logs are cut several times slower.

    It shouldn't be a add on
