New mob Phantom And new enchantment: ghost touch

New Phantom mob found at Y -25 A Ghost that can only be killed with a sword with a special enchantment called Phantom Touch And that when he kills he will drop a diamond block

    There's already a Phantom mob, it spawns when you don't sleep for 3 nights in a row.

    An interesting idea for a boss monster. However, there is already a mob called the Phantom. Also, the diamond block drop feels a bit random, and frankly underwhelming, as by the time most players would get a rare enchantment like that they'll already have plenty of diamonds. Maybe have it drop a new item? Maybe something like "Ectoplasm", that could be used for a new type of potion or something?

    I do like the idea of a boss that needs a special enchant to hit it, I just think it needs a little tinkering.

    Swap the phantom and ghost words and it will make sense
