Bucket of Frog/Tadpole Produces Green Goopy Mucus

What if Minecraft had a bucket of green goop? A mucus which could only be obtained from buckets of frogs and tadpoles. This goop should have a slightly smaller flow radius and movement/swimming speed compared to water. Touching this mucus grants the effect “Slippery” making the player’s shift to stay on blocks useless for a limited period of time whilst also minutely increasing movement speed and blast resistance while under the effect.
