Frostwalker while riding horse

I think that if you have frostwalker on your boots it should also work while riding a mob. It would make traversing large bodies of water much more tolerable if you're wanting to bring your horse along for the ride.

    Or perhaps you can enchant Horse Armor? (...I for one use horses a lot, even if elytra are far more practical.) Frostwalker Horse Armor would be a life saver when it comes to dragging your horse over rivers, and other enchantments could be useful too: if some were included that were specific to horse armor, they could even make traveling by horse a far more viable mode of transportation.
