New Dimension: World of Magic

In this dimension, everything would be magical. All the mobs would have a magical growth on them, there would be new mobs, structures, and more. A biome could be the magic forest, where it is peaceful at some places, and where its very dangerous in others. Another biome could be the peaceful grove, where nothing is hostile, and nothing hostile spawns, similar to the mooshroom island. New mobs could be the magical hunter, a very hostile mob that can change from a bow to a sword depending how far away you are. Another could be the wandering wizard, a peaceful mob where it trades you items you can only get threw him. New ores could be magic ore, where you can craft armor and weapons that can only be worn in the magical dimension. if you wear it else where, you get magic wither, a terrible effect that gives nausea and wither at the same time. New structures can be the abandoned fortress, a place where dangerous creatures lurk and has amazing loot.

I didnt have enough room or time to write this, but this idea could just be a new biome as well, having the biomes I mentioned being in that biome, like min-biomes, or a biome inside a biome.
