Chutes: A new way for Droppers

The chute would be a block that is in the shape of a hopper, but is more orange.

The point of the chute is to drop items without making any noise, and needs a redstine signal for it to be actively dropping things. The thing about the chute is that depending on the amount of the redstone power that is going into it, that determines its speed of it dropping things. The chute would also have a 5 stack inventory like the hopper, and can pick items from chests / storage above it. Would be cool for the recipe to also include copper, with a mix of redstone as well, to give more use to copper.
