Add back in custom biomes for bedrock

As we know recently 1.18 was released. While the changes are mostly good there are 2 things that stick out like a sore thumb to me. First is the removal of the old world type and second is the removal of custom biomes. Today I am talking about the latter. If I'm being honest I've always felt like Bedrock is inferior to Java and removing this feature is definitely not helping the case. Yes, you can customize existing biomes but you can't make completely new ones, this limits the creativity for addon creators compared to java mod creators. There are plenty of good addons that had new biomes and now they are completely useless. There is tons of future potential for new addons with amazing new and unique biomes to explore and now that is pretty much impossible. If one of the bedrock devs reimplemented this feature it would really make my and all bedrock dev's day. I hope that after reading this you at least consider adding back in the ability to make new biomes or replace it with something better. Thank you in advance.

    YES! As someone who is trying to get into coding on bedrock I am so sick of making a mod and then finding out: "Oops, this broke 2 years ago and we have not given it any thought, have fun." I am sick of them prioritising Java, can you imagine the backlash if they just removed Java features for parity? That's exactly what they are doing on bedrock though. I understand there are other priorities and it is not anywhere as easy as it seems, but it annoys me that they keep advertising how they've added creator features to bedrock, just for people like me to get into it, and find that we can't do half the stuff we're supposed to be able to, because they neglect fixing all the bugs they've caused with updates. I understand that the generation overhaul has made this difficult, but I am really frustrated when broken features give me false hope.
