Ice Under Crops Prevents Them From Growing

The Idea is Simple.

You Place ice under a crop, and then crop will stop growing and stay at the same growth stage as it is.

It has So Much Building Applications So That is That.

    I would want a way for vines to stop growing too, not just crops.

    This should apply to saplings too, in tundras permafrost stops trees from growing

    We do now have a way for vines to stop growing, but not crops yet. I think this could apply to any plants that grow, such as bamboo or saplings. This would be an awesome feature!
