Scythe and rope

Here’s my concept for a scythe:
1) Automatically replant seeds after harvesting crop
2) Harvest a larger area, for eg. wood and stone harvest small plus shaped area, iron and gold a small square, and diamond and netherite a 5x5 circle. Additionally, the scythe would sweep the area side to side, harvesting crops one at a time as the scythe in a sort of wave, instead of all crops instantaneously being harvested, and have an interesting animation. 
3) A weapon with higher knockback, slower speed, and 1 damage less than a sword of the same material
4) It would be crafted with 4 of any tier of material, like wood or iron, in an ‘L’ shape turned 90 degrees to the left at the top, and 2 sticks on the middle and bottom right slots

As for rope, it would be placeable, and when another rope is placed while aiming at another piece, it will be placed below it, similarly to terraria rope. The rope would be scaleable, and crafted from three string or twine/plant matter (which can be obtained from using a scythe on grass) down the middle vertically, and would make 16 rope

    I'm not feeling the sythe, but the rope is great.  I feel like 3 string isn't sturdy though.  perhaps you mix 1 string, 1 twine (from bamboo), and 1 lead?
