Crossplay voice chat Why Is it not in the game already?

Voice chat for cross play is possible and has been proved by other games, we have had cross play for a while. so please can we have voice chat for cross play for the base game atleast.

    It already exists. You go to settings, audio, then text chat to voice. I hope this helps.
