Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Tar (in the outer end)

Tar could spawn in lakes and wells in the outer end islands, and can spawn rarely in lakes in the overworld. Tar could give slowness II when swimming, and swimming deeper can give you blindness. I think this is a good way for them to use blindness, since theres no illusioner in the game without commands. It can be picked up with buckets. Could be used for pvp idk.

    Could possibly be collected in a bucket and used as a fuel like coal. Beforehand it could be compressed into a block and would smelt the same amount as a block of coal or block of dried kelp
