Bioluminescent ore (alike netherite) found in snowy peaks and frozen ocean

This ore is found in packed ice blocks which makes snowy peak and frozen ocean the two places it can be found. You can’t just mine for it the same way as the other ores, because it can only be seen doing nighttime. You’ll have to run around looking for a glow while fighting or avoiding strays. The glow is of course coming from the bioluminescent ore. It’ll have a blue (or whichever colour looks best) glow which can be seen through the layers of ice in the icebergs or glaciers. You’ll mine towards the light source, and when you find the packed ice block that emits the blue glare it’ll be the one that contains the ore. When mined, you should be careful not to drop the ore, not only because it can’t be seen doing the day, but also because it has an exquisite use! You can grab any piece of diamond gear and mix it with the ore in a smithing table, and you’ll have yourself bioluminescent diamond gear which will of course not only make you glow in the moonlight while fighting monsters, but it’ll make you run faster, jump higher, hit stronger, or something even better! The ore doesn’t have a name yet, so it would be lovely if you’ll leave your name suggestion in the comments, or what buff you think its gear should have, or whatever suggestion you have really :) hope you like the idea <3

Bioluminescence is light produced by living organisms. So, lore wise, it should some sort of frozen in algae or bacteria.
The ice spikes biome also has packed ice, so the ore should spawn there as well. And snowy peaks is called frozen peaks :)
