Since trees that naturally generate in a Mountain Meadow biome have a 100% chance to spawn with a Bee Nest, I propose that saplings grown next to a flower within the Mountain Meadows should have an 80% or so chance of spawning with a Bee Nest, making the biome susceptible to Bee Nest farming, while also making them slightly more convenient to obtain within vanilla survival.
