Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

New Block/Flower: Sunset Stalks (1.19 Ideas)

The Sunset Stalk is a new, 2-block tall flower bush. It would spawn in Grove and Meadow biomes. (Added in 1.18) The unique feature of the stalk is that depending on the time of day, will change color.

Dawn - A light yellow.

Midday - A dark yellow.

Dusk - A light navy.

Midnight - A dark navy.

If you “feed” the Sunset Stalk some Glow Berries, you can stop the bush changing color, and have it stay as the color it originally was. I think that this plant would be great for Minecraft because it would provide lots of customization for players. For instance, someone living in a scenic valley could use the yellow variants, because they’re so cheery and bright, while another player in a creepy cave could have the navy variants to set a great atmosphere.

    This is an amazing idea! Maybe the flower turns the color of the sky, an at night it would have white spots to mimic the stars.
