Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

A sittable block

A sittable block that would be used for map making, with would have a visibility similar to the barrier block and would be used to make sittable blocks. Could also possibly be stacked with slabs and stairs

 

There isn't so much to describe to this idea as it's pretty basic

    just use a minecart with invisibility effect with commands

    It would be nice to have that as an option. Mojang has said they don't plan on ever adding seats so allowing us to make them ourselves would be great. I make "furniture" for all my homes but it feels so pointless beyond looks. A half or quarter slab would be very nice to play with, slab with bamboo to make a sitable slab, or stair with sticks?? Something, please?
