Frost Walker stops you from sinking in powdered snow!

I see that one other person has suggested this previously, but I think that it is a logical addition to minecraft, especially with leather boots already doing this!

    Powdered Snow is meant to add functionality to Leather boots so that they're not obsolete. You're missing that entire point honestly.
