New Desert Generation & Features

My suggestion is that the Mojang team adds steeper terrain generation on the desert, with many cliffs, but with flat tops, make the deserts naturally bigger on any world, and revamp cactuses, possibly with a new food source like the Prickly Pear?

    It would be awesome if the desert had an oasis sub-biome is an area of lush greenery surrounding a river or lake in a desert biome. It would be cool if the main desert biome had sand dunes and sandstorms. Sandstorms would be a great way to create a fitting atmosphere for the biome.
