Neutral mobs AI improvement

Neutral mobs will get hostile if the player Hurts Or kills a fellow neutral mob because if the player one hit kills a Neutral mob the others around won't get angry I would like to see them get angry even if you 1 hit kill them

    Wolves, Zombie Piglins, Dolphins, Polar Bears, Naturally spawned Iron Golems, Piglins, and Bees already do this. To be clear, that's every single neutral mobs except Pandas, Llamas, Endermen, and Spiders (who are always hostile in darkness).
