Telescope Enchantment that Identifies Player's Enchantments

The spyglass has been shown a lot of potential in the enchantment community so how about another one? This enchantment would identify any enchantment the player looks at through the spyglass. Want to know what players have on their armor? Look at it with your enchanted spyglass! How about weapons? Not a problem and the same goes for mobs too!
