Trees Fall On Chopping | Minecraft Wild Update Idea

The new Minecraft 1.19 Wild Update makes Birch trees (and maybe other trees too) taller. Some other trees like Old Growth Pine and Spruce trees, Old Growth Birch trees and Large and "Balloon" variants of Oak trees are very tall and are significantly difficult to chop. Thus it will be great if you could make it such that the portion of the tree above the broken block would fall on the ground and convert into items.

Crouching will break just the single log and if a mob comes under the tree it would take constant damage (like suffocation).

This feature would allow for taller trees to be chopped with greater ease and efficiency especially in the early game.

  this contradicts with one of the main principles of the design of minecraft which is you need to interact with one and just one block no more, so don't expect this to be implemented
