The shulker staff would be a wand, forged from the far reaches of the end. It could be rarely found from End City Chests, or crafted. When you right click while hovering your crosshair/pointer over a target, the staff would fire a shulker bullet projectile that slowly travels toward its target. The staff would have a slow cooldown that way it wouldn't be overpowered. It could also be dyed! I want the weapon to be very end-game oriented as obtaining this early-game could be detrimental to game balancing.
I'd like to see a variant of this item that could be crafted with eight lingering potions of a type and the staff in a crafting table. This staff would apply a desired effect instead of levitation. This transformation is irreversible.
As for enchantments, an enchantment that increases the distance of the bullet could be fun to use. One that increases the speed could be an opposite to the previous enchantment.
Overall, this item would make for a possible fun addition to the list of weapons in Minecraft, and add some new variety to combat!
