(Wild Update 1.19) Add Seagulls

When I visit the beaches, one thing always stands out to me. It is a sound, a sound that makes the beach a beach. The sound of seagulls. Without this sound the beach just wouldn't feel welcoming. I love the warm sound and looking up to see the gulls riding a breeze. I think this would be a fantastic addition to the minecraft wild update.

    Maybe  could catch fish and eat the fish

    it would be a great way to make the ocean feel more lively when riding around in a boat because it feels very static from the surface because it's so flat.
