Darkrite is a material that is mined in the deep dark scattered in veins of 3 or less that is very hard to find and some ancient deep dark cities might not have any at all. When you mine it you get a darkrite alloy. You need to smelt in with a blast furnace because it's so deep the the insane pressure crushes it so tight that a normal furnace wont do the trick. To turn it into darkrite armor you need netherite armor and you combine them on a smithing table. You get the same abilitys that netherite armor has like that its lava/fire proof and it has knockback reduction but the darkrite alloy has a special ability of it own not just +1 everything but also special abilitys, or multiple I should say. For example the boots wouldn't make noise in the deep dark, the legging help keep your smell down so the warden cant smell you out as strongly so it will come towards you but not as fast because its unsure if its actually smelling a player or just so background smell so it goes a little slower coming toward you, the breastplate would make it so the skulk sensor cant detect you walking but the skull sensor can still detect you if you are sprinting, but if you are just walking it cant detect you, and last but not least the helmet would have skulk sensor tentacles(I dont know what those things are) on the helmet so if a mob such as a creeper walks up to you for example you could detect it if it gets in a 7 block range except for the warden. And that's my idea hopefully a dev will see it!
