Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Stop crops growing

Imagine you want your fields of crops to be a little more varied in color, in the current version of Minecraft you can't stop the growing process of crops like potatoes or carrots (for vines, cactus, bamboe, etc. you can use string).

What if you could right click a crop with a fermented spider eye and the growing process would stop in its current state. If you were to right click an effected crop with a hoe the crop would start growing again.

This would give players the ability to create more varied crop fields (or troll friends) and this would also make the fermented spider eye a more significant item, because it won't just be used for brewing.

    I agree, but I think just shears could do the job, like it's actually possible with caves and nether vines, and also kelp.
