The Skythaer Dimension

Adds a new dimension called the “Skythaer”. It is only reachable by building a 5x5 square out of good blocks at max build height. It is activated by throwing a lightning rod through it (adds a new use for copper). Jumping through the portal will take you to a dimension of clouds, islands and Eldar.

Most of this dimension is created out of ‘Hardened Air’ (a cloud like material)

Biomes: The Mysculium Forest. Imagine a blue cloud. Then imagine Hundreds of Giant, glowing mushrooms (average 75 blocks tall). And finally imagine Gnomes “Gnomed Folk” running around inside the mushrooms, playing harps and eating mushroom cookies! You gotta love it! 

MagmaFly Fields: Beautiful plains with thousands of MagmaFlies (Minecraft’s equivalent of fireflies) floating around space! You can also find Zeusite (probably the beta Ore in the game) which can be used to craft “Infusing Stations”. These are used to ‘infuse’ gems (found inside giant mushrooms) into weapons and some items. This will give your weapons a random effect: poison, blinding, channeling (similar to the channeling enchantment) or slowness. As well as all this, it can be used to create staffs. Placing a staff inside the infusing station with a mob drop will create a weapon that allows you to summon a certain amount of mobs (3 for the weakest and 1 for the most powerful) that will last for 1 minute and attack any hostile mobs near you. There is also a three minute cool down period as well, but… that’s to be expected.
