Mutual Capes

I think that we should have to ability to use the same capes on bedrock and java. ex, waffle cape on java and migrater cape on bedrock. I think this should be done because it would be nice to have a greater selection of capes on both versions. It would be simple now because they both use Microsoft accounts.
