There is a way: Load a world on an older versions then update it to 1.18.

You reply: I play on Bedrock.

I reply: I do too. That's why I think older versions should be available on Bedrock Edition.

Also: I don't know why you'd want that. The terrain in 1.18 is highly varied and an upgrade in every sense from 1.17 terrain. Even most veterans absolutely love it because they're nostalgic about that type of terrain (Beta 1.8 used the same system, though of course it now looks way cooler).

    I hate the new Generation!

I wish I could play 1.18 without the Generator.

Unfortunately that's no longer possible because they took away the ability for biomes to dictate height and flatness, a thing old biomes heavily depended on. I definitely agree with you. I really hope Minecraft devs see this. I think they should keep old terrain but just scatter some new mountains every now and again

The old generation is outdated and the new one is a huge improvement. If you look at how clean it is vs older world generation it's hard to go back. If your device can't handle it that's kinda Mojangs fault for updating an outdated device. If only we could easily switch between versions. And btw, most of the playerbase can agree that this generation is better, however if you're not very experienced it might be a lot harder, and it does take away some of the simplicity of exploration in survival mode.

The old world generation should be an option just like the amplified world's used to be. The 1.18 update has made the world so large and treacherous it's overwhelming. I miss 1.17

I agree with this. It's just too big a change to be made without keeping the old system as an option. The new world height significantly harms performance, so it should be completely optional.

    I have solution,
why we use old world type instead delete it, so when you generate world with this type, our world will be generated with old generation and old world limit, but the new structure still can generate but for Ancient City brobably will be more rare.

Yeah! I I also think it's worth giving players a choice between the old world generation and the new one, like "World Types" and make it like "Classic" like it was with the default textures. Plus, it's worth noting that not everyone still has enough powerful computers to process such worlds. Well, it's just a matter of taste -
play on new versions with the old generation of the world and caves.
