Realistic river and valleys

I love the river generation of 1.18 and rivers are a great way to travel in early games but i will like if it will be a bit more realistic

1) Rivers originating from mountains: Life real life, i will like if some of the rivers originate from mountains and it will be a safe, easy and fun way to go to down from mountains.

2) Valleys: i will like if there will be valleys in minecraft water flowing down from mountains and forming a big deep water filled hole. It will be a good scenery and for some underground builds instead of spending 1-2 hours mining u could simply use sponge and dry it out

    Valleys shouldn't be filled with water, but a valley with a river would be nice.

    1)there are water sources that come from the mountains in to the river when river next to a mountain
