Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Pet House/Kennel Block

A mobile or stationary container for cats and dogs. When mined with silk touch, it would let you keep one animal in your inventory for more convenient transport, or put it in storage like you can with axolotl buckets. When placed, you could take out the pet by right clicking and put it back in by pushing it in when it is sitting.

    Maybe pet house can instead be a block that you can right-click a tamed animal with, then place on the ground, and the animal will return to that block if not occupied doing something else. These come in different variations, including a bar (for parrots), a bed (wolves and cats) and a command-exclusive version that would allow you to establish sites for untamed animals (this would look like some leaves or grass that vary depending on biome or animal)..
