Spyglass Durability!

Spyglasses will have a set durability and will be decreased every time you use one. Spamming the Spyglass won't take away durability, but normally zooming in once will. The reason I think this should be added is because it would make the Spyglass feel more like a real tool, and so you won't have the same Spyglass your whole life.
