I understand that the Warden shouldn't have drops, I really think there should be a unique "trophy" item from the Deep Dark, I feel that being able to come across Warden heads in structures could be a fitting reward, Like the Ender Dragon head (part of a structure and not a drop). And maybe when wearing it, you can sense other entities via sculk vibrations (and will be made visible via spectral effect).
