Reset World Spawn in Survival Mode

Being able to place a new block type that sets world spawn would be awesome for people who like their worlds but don't like their world spawn. 

I suggest adding a new use to the Beacon/netherstar that would allow the player to either use the beacon as a new world spawn or use the netherstar as a one use per netherstar to reset world spawn wherever the netherstar is either consumed or used on a block/beacon. The limited use would keep the player from overusing the ability and maintain the usefulness and necessity of beds and nether respawn anchors.

I know you can reset world spawn with cheats so I don't think this would be too hard to implement in survival but would allow more customization of long term survival worlds. 

A lot of people love the first few days of survival Minecraft but then lose interest after building a house and getting good equipment. A way to reset world spawn would allow those players to continue playing in the same world but far away from their original spawn so that it feels new without losing their old progress or it could allow new players to join a friends old world and still feel that they're starting fresh.

    Additionally, this could allow world spawn to be specific to individual players, such as an attribute for the player instead of a global value.  A player-based Set World Spawn option could also be useful to SMPs, as the different players could decide on a base location and then permanently set their spawns there.
