I can agree with 1 & 2 easily, though I think a new enchanting method for either higher levels or less random selection is in order as well. Given the cap on repairs, it would be an epic end city/new dimension worthy craftable to have an enchanting table that allows you to pick our enchants, with the condition either a copy of that book is in proximity or stored (making to so gaining the spell on the old table is mandatory) however would cost more XP and lapis to enchant since the book isn't consumed. Brewing needs more early access, stews are suppose to be the "craftable" version, but I think Cauldrons could be the "early" potions, with a heat source below a cauldron (to replace blaze powder) you toss in the other ingredients like typical brewing, however these potions have drawbacks or negative effects after the initial buff, or reduction of harmful effects. With this you could also mix potions with as the drawbacks increase as well. Making it question useful in PVP verse a brewstand, but fun in solo/survival.

Wands could need some cooldown time along with the XP I think for the PVP end, however, not impossible with the inspirations of Minecraft Dungeons I wager.

More Golems would be epic, especially if they replace villagers for work/automation tasks, which some have suggested making Fisherman Villager for auto-fishing in a similar way you can use Farmers. I'd have less ethical qualms with a construct doing automation than an living being.

I think we should use xp instead of mana
