Make copper block variations work for a beacon base

Since copper is just as abundant as iron and they are both metals, it would only make sense that copper ingots could be used to upgrade the beacon and copper blocks to power the beacon. Oxidisation of the copper blocks wouldn't affect the power of the beacon at all since it's only the outside of the copper block and the inside of the copper block is still intact. You could wax the copper blocks and this would also not affect the beacon. Adding this as a feature would make beacons easier to incorporate into builds and make beacons look way more interesting and be more interesting to build.
