Oxidize Copper W/Phantom Membranes

Oxidizing copper takes a long time, and a unique option for those who want to actively speed up the process that you still have to go out of your way for is a good idea. You remove oxidation with an axe, freeze oxidation with wax, and speed up oxidation with the light, airy membrane of a phantom.

    the oxidation process was meant to give to our builds aging over time, so I think that oxidation should stay as now, and can't be accelerated. If you want to accelerate, just increase the random tick speed

    Ah, I didn't mean it should increase the rate of oxidation, I meant you spend a membrane to instantly age a block a stage towards oxidation, not increase its oxidation rate.
