This item can be found in Strongholds or End Cities. 

Ender Eye Catalyst

Crafted combining an Ender Catalyst and an Ender Eye.

When used, this item will create a cloud effect in the direction where the player is pointing, at the cost of some xp points. In the off-hand, however, the Catalyt will shoot a dart, which will deal 4 hearts of magic damage. This item's power can be increased by Enchanted Ender Eyes.
