Enchanted Ender Eyes

This item can be found in the Deep Dark chests, in End Cities loot or during excavation in archaeological sites. This item can be launched in air, to a maximum of 12 Eyes, which will start floating around the player. To deactivate them, they must be hit. 

When around the player, the Eyes will increase by 10% the effectiveness of Ender spells, to a maximum of 120% increased effectiveness.
